So I love my IPA's... fruity and tropical and I'm consistently using Mosaic, Citra and some Galaxy hops... CTZ for bittering... Over and over...

I need to try some need hops. I still prefer the fruity, citrusy, tropical side.. though I do enjoy some piney...

What are some other hops or hop combos that I might want to branch out into?

Comet and Comet and more Comet. paried with Citra and Centennial
El Dorado, Ekuanot, Motueka
Bravo, Denali
Nelson Sauvin, Azacca, Mosaic

Those are a few combos I've been really diggin lately

Nelson, Belma, Citra
Saaz, Nelson, Saaz
Amarillo, Columbus, Azacca
Chinook, Apollo, Columbus

I have made a tropical pale ale recipe that is so sucessfull with family, friends and testers, that I will try to sell it from next year on.

It uses Citra as FWH
El Dorado @ 15 min
Callista and El Dorado @ 5 min
Callista and Huell Melon in a hopstand

and

Callista and Huell Melon as dry hops.

Both hops are insanely tropical and callista only has 2,4 alpha, so you can use a ton of it.
