I have 2 kegs setup for a party tomorrow, the first has been carbed for a few weeks, and I've been drinking it. The second is almost 2 weeks on gas. Last week I adjusted serving pressure and forgot to check the regulator 24 hours later. It was sitting at 9psi and my second keg is just not quite carb'd to where it should be. I want to unhook the gas from keg #1, and crank the psi for 24 hours on the second one in order to ramp it up. Any idea what I should crank it to?

Not only can you crank it up a bit.....but you can shake the keg around too. This will carb it faster....I've actually never done it myself, but I hear about alot of people doing it. Do some searches on the forum or the net for some more details.
