I put together an Irish Red recipe that turned out really well - nice and malty...although maybe a little too malty and not enough hops. I'd like to hop it up a bit and make some other mods - wanted to get some suggestions from y'all. :)

Here's the original recipe (10 gal.):
- 17lb 2-Row
- 0.5lb Barley (Roasted)
- 1.5lb Toasted 2-Row
- 0.5lb Crystal 20L
- 1.5oz Northern Brewer (60 min)
- 1oz Tettnanger (15 min)
- 1oz Tettnanger (5 min)

Here's what I'm thinking now (10 gal.):
- 19lb 2-Row
- 0.5lb Barley (Roasted)
- 1.5lb Biscuit (instead of Toasted 2-Row)
- (Got rid of the crystal - it seemed pointless?)
- 2oz Nugget (60 min) 14.1% aa
- 1oz Nugget (30 min) 14.1% aa
- 1oz Tettnanger (15 min) 3.6-4.1% aa
- 1oz Tettnanger (5 min) 3.6-4.1% aa

Here are the hops I have available to me: Tettnanger (3.6-4.1% aa), Nugget (14.1% aa), Cascade (5.7% aa), and Mt. Rainier (6.8% aa - new variety).

My efficiency sucks so this is based on ~65%. I'm open to any feedback. This is my first recipe I've developed from scratch.

Without mentioning the AA of the hops it is impossible to know the hop profile you are going to wind up with.
