Hi all,
I'm going to do my first AG next week, and will be doing a dry Irish stout a la Norther Brewer (recipe (.pdf) is here: http://www.northernbrewer.com/documentation/allgrain/AG-DryIrishStout.pdf). I'd really like to spruce this beer up a bit with a slight orange flavor and maybe some citrusy aroma. Any ideas how to go about this? I've read that most people use orange zest (1-2oz) at knockout. As for the aroma, I'm guessing I could add some finishing hops (cascade?)? Just not sure how much... Thanks for any feedback!
