My Bro-In-Law is coming for my sons graduation. He’s a world traveler and spends a lot of time in Germany and Belguim. Thought ‘s?? 5 gallon batch. Thanks all
 
You're looking for a great recipe to please his palate? I don't see any real worth in that. Have several of the beers on hand that you really like to show off your brewing talents. The two of you can go to a bottle shop to find examples of beers he found in his travels that he really liked.

Won't work if you live in an area like I do where it's a 80 mile round trip to find a limited selection of imports.
 
I have a pretty good stock. Lots of base grains and lots of specialty grains. Only limitation is my yeast supply. US-05, Notty, BRY-97, and one 11.5g saison yeast. I can get supplies, it just takes a week to get.
