I'm looking for help or guidance as to how to fine tune my BCS probes.
Currently with default settings I show about a 4-5 degree variance as well as my temp readings off between 7-10 degrees.
The probe on my BK shows 203 for a rolling boil. When I ran another test. I set my HLT at 125. When the BCS showed the proper temp, I read a dial and digital thermometers which both said 134-135. yikes.
These are the original 6" Probes ordered with my BCS460 from ECC this past summer.
