I am currently brewing 5 gallon extract batches and am looking to go to all grain. I'm going to be building a Brutus 10 clone and want to brew 10 gallon batch sizes. I will be using propane with no automation (for now). I can readily get 50 Liter (13.2 Gal.) Keggles and am wondering if these will be big enough for my mash. I want to be able to brew IPA's and Double IPA's so I'm not sure this is big enough. I've been having trouble sourcing 58.7 Liter (15.5 Gal.) kegs to build the system.

Is the 50L big enough?

I might use the 50L keggles for my HLT and Kettle and just get a 19 or 20 gallon pot for my mash tun.

Personally, I'd go with a 20 gallon pot for the mash. I brew 5 gallon batches with a 10 gallon cooler. If my mash tun was any smaller, I'd have trouble stirring on big beers.
