I've been extract brewing for a few months now and I am wanting to make a Belgian Dubble with an ABV above 6%. I've researched a few recipes and I have created the following bill:
6 lbs pilsen lme
1 lbs light dme
1 lbs belgian dark candi sugar
0.5 lbs belgian biscuit malt
1 lbs special b malt
0.5 lbs caravienne
2 oz hallertau hops
1 oz styrian hope
1 qty Wyeast 3787
What are your thoughts on this recipe? Any suggested changes?
