Over Christmas Santa Claus brought me a trio of 15.5 gal Tall Boy kettles so I no longer have a use for these.
Both are SS stock pots made by Update International, welded and riveted (?) handles and tri-clad bottoms and purchased in 2011 from a local restaurant suppy company. Lids are included with both but no valves or thermometer.
One is 6 gallons and was used as a mash tun. Drilled with a lower 7/8 inch (I had a Kettlevalve in it) hole and an upper 1/2 inch hole that fits a Blichmann Brewmometer. My drilling skills are off a bit so the holes don't line up perfectly vertically. $50 + shipping. My scale says it's just over 12 lbs so figure accordingly.
The other is 10 gallons and was my boil kettle. It only has one 7/8 inch hole for a kettlevalve. $75 + shipping. The scale believes this one is just over 16 lbs.
Available from afar or locally.
