Bavarian Hefeweizen Extract Kit from Northern Brewer is what I'm working on now. Primary is just about done.. Should I rack it into secondary or go straight to bottling?

The instructions mention nothing about secondary, but I've read differently in multiple forums.

very few styles need to be secondaried... hefeweizen is one of those that especially does not need it.

I never secondary anything - that being said wheat beers are supposed to be cloudy and yeasty. If the FG has been stable over a few days, I'd bottle.

Cheers!

As much as you want, but when I did the same recipe, I didn't pick up any sediment, just beer. It'll still be cloudy in case you're wondering.

Yes, a hefe is one of the only beers that doesn't improve with age. They are meant to be consumed young and cloudy! One month from brew day to the first pour!
