Pear cider is called Perry, apple cider with honey is cyser, but is there a technical name for cider made with both apples and pears?

Also... It's stupid because fermented pear juice is officially also cider. So you can take apple cider, and pear cider, but mix them an suddenly it's not cider anymore?

Any other fruit fermented is wine. But Apple wine is also cider. Mix the two and they are cider or wine. Whatever!

I dunno. I think cider is fermented apple juice but apple wine will have a ABV far greater than fermented apple juice. Cider is around 5-7 % ABV . Wine is around 10 - 13% ABV. Cider you drink by the pint. Wine, by the glass...
