NA Beer

I'm looking for a recipe for an NA beer for my friend who no longer drinks. I have a unit to control the temperature so thinking a lager would be best.

Bad idea.

Alcoholics should not drink NA beer, it's a gateway to the real thing.

If your friend is not an alcoholic but doesn't drink for other reasons, good for them.

I heard something once of someone making a regular beer then boiling the alcohol off? I'm not positive on this, you may want to search it.
