My 3 year old was playing in my mini fridge that I keep my yeast in and changed the temp knob. The wife caught him in it yesterday evening and I notice it tonight. It was 60 degrees in there. So it went from 40 up to 60 in about 28 hours. Do you think there will be any harm to the yeast?

It should be fine. I have had Wyeast packs shipped from New York to Hawaii without a cold pack and they were fine. If you are really worried just make a starter before your next batch to test viability or just see if the pack swells with the activator. RDWHAHB!
