The best way to describe this 5.5 gal AG Lager/Pilsner brewed the middle of July with:
10lb American Pilsner
1 lb CaraPils
1lb Flaked Rice
.5 oz Horizon 30 min
.5 oz Liberty 10 min
.5 oz Liberty 5 min
Mashed 148 60 mins @1.5 qt/lb
Boiled 60 mins
Saflager S-23
Fermentation temperature was probably on the high end but not excessive.
Diacetyl Rest happened late In fermentation.
Lagering temperature was probably on the low end for four weeks and it has been in the bottle since the middle of August.
OG 1.056 / FG 1.010
Water profile Pilsen(Light Lager)
Is very thin.
I think it lacks body.
All of the way to the bottle went pretty smooth.
Is this a recipe issue? That will be an area I will be focusing on in the future.
I like a lot about this beer but it is very dry, maybe a hair bitter due to lack of body and a little alcoholy.
Some feedback would be great.

seems like pretty high attenuation.. the low mash temp of 148 would probably account for that as that should produce a highly fermentable wort. You could try mashing more at 154F or so and that should help.

A FG of 1.010 doesn't seem that low does it?
That's what was throwing me off a little.
