the explanation to each beer is the "labeltext" to people that doesn't know the story

Here is my game of thrones beers.
First we got
"House of Bolton"
Bolton are vassal to the house of stark. Back in time they flayed their enemies and are infamous for being brutal and the heir, Ramsay are no exception.
The beer is are red Irish ale. Blood red, rich on malty flavor that should be good as a thirst off beer. It would be to the malty side with not so much bitterness or aroma from the hops
Would be around 4.8%

"The red dessert of dorne"
Dorne is the dessert land with spicy food, blood oranges and doesn't fancies that the Lannisters took the iron throne fro the targaryans.
Here we get a american IPA - bitter and fresh beer that original was made in the UK to be shipped to the colonies (the hops are preserving). It's a simple maltbase with a lot of hops with citrus aroma and flavor, and their will also be blood orange and sichuan in the end of the fermentation to give a real dornish kick.
Would be a great beer to have after a long day of hard work in the sun or to light dishes.

"The crow on the top of the wall"
the wall is cold and anything is darkness or snow. Therefore some sweet, nourishing and warming beer are needed after a long shift on the top of the wall.
Sweet stout is a dark beer rich on notes of coffee, chocolate and dark fruits. In this one we gonna have a lot of richsness and a pitch black body that will warm up a brother quickly. It will get also get a bunch of black current to give them some fell of summer and give the beer s slight tartness to it that can push the winter away for a minute. The beer will stay on oak barrel to get more richness to it.
For chocolate dessert or as sidekick to a good book a winter night.

"Rise of the tagarians"
The three headed dragon rises and makes ready to reconquer its emporium with blood and fire.
This pitch black porter are rich on toasted malts, smokiness followed up with chili, red peppercorn, sichuan pepper and raspberry
A beer you only drink one or two of or to a solid meal,

"The men of the drowned God"
The iron islands are rough, salty and very unforgiving. They insist on doing the things on their on old way and no one from the green lands should tell how to live,
The beer is a German style called gose, that are seasoned with a bit of salt.
Mine gonna be brewed with a slash of seawater, heather and herbs instead of hops and storages with driftwood.
A drinkable beer with or without food.
4%

"The faceless man"
The house of black and white are a assassin brotherhood, that will remove your enemies quite and without traces, but also give the gift to whom that searches for death.
A Belgian blond with a lot of layers in both taste and aroma, from the mosaic hops
Thirst off

"The twins"
The house of Frey are famous for being overwhelmed with heirs.
A simple pale ale light and citrusy, and maybe a bit of elderflower, but not as citrusy as the red dessert of dorne, this one is much easier to drink and can be drank in big amounts.
4%

"the Golden lion"
House of Lannister is synonym with power, money and lust
And rich golden wheat beer there is sweet and make you want another sip.
From a cold beer in the sun to dinner or instead of dessert

"the cornucopia of highgarden"
The highgarden are the pantry of westeros and anything is nice and yummy.
A clean crisp Pilsner with strawberries, rhubarb and cocoa nibs
Thirst off and a lot of
