My first lager recipe (Extract) - Advice Please!

Hello All,
I'm just after a bit of feedback on this recipe, as it's the first lager that i'm going to do. I'm aiming for a fairly light and easy-to-drink brew, one that my wife will enjoy (hopefully), but still retaining a bit of flavour. I'm not too worried about style with this one, just the end product.

I'm also not really sure what hops to use, so any advice on this would be great!

Oh and I hope my conversion from Metric to Imperial was correct! (i live in Australia) :)
