Just wanted to see what the old timers thought of this recipe. Its supposed to be a standard orange wheat type. Stole some of the spices and proportions from biermunchers "wit"ness brew. Any feedback is greatly apprecatied.

Orange Wheat

Batch size 5 gallons
Boil size 6.7 gallons
Boil time 60 minutes
Grain weight 9.8 pounds
Efficiency 70%
Original gravity 1.051
Final gravity 1.011
Alcohol (by volume) 5.1%
Bitterness (IBU) 17
Color (SRM) 7.3°L

Yeast
Safale US-05

Grains/Extracts/Sugar
Wheat: 4 pounds 4 ounces
2 Row Base: 4 pounds 4 ounces
Amber: 1 pound

Hops
1 ounce Hallertauer hops 5%, Pellet @ 60 minutes

Additions
Orange peel: 3.5 ounces @ 10 minutes
Coriander: 1 ounce @ 10 minutes
Black pepper: 1/2 Tbsp. @ 10 minutes

Mash
60 minute Strike: Target 155°F, 3.1 gallons @ 169°F
10 minute Sparge: Target 170°F, 6.1 gallons @ 174°F
 
I have never actually used amber malt myself, but one of my friends has some Fawcett's amber malt and said that it is pretty potent stuff. If that is the case, I would use less.

For my personal taste, I would use only 1/2 ounce of coriander. Make sure to use the whole coriander and just crush it.
