Ok, so I bought 2 sixtels of microbrew.
I havent had anything on tap for a couple of months.
I put both kegs on, lines, tap adapters and faucets all just cleaned.
Tapped a glass of each to clear my lines, then tapped one to drink.
Both beers are opaque, & very murky.
Any ideas.
I've had a fridge system for 15 years, & this is a first.

Thanks,

Pete

It could easily be exactly what the brewer was trying to achieve. Murky and hazy beers are very popular these days. If it is a NEIPA that is what it is supposed to look like.

Did you really manage to miss the NEIPA craze? Have you been sleeping for like a couple of years? :p

BTW I checked the descriptions on RateBeer and it doesn't really look like these two beers are supposed to look like that?
I think you might just have a ton of yeast in your keg. Did you let the kegs rest after lugging them around? Looks like you might have to wait a while for all that yeast to settle properly again.

The one keg settled down, & looks "normal", the other one still looks like orange juice.
I brought them home on Friday evening, & tapped them on Saturday, around noon, they should have both settled down by now.

Oh well, they both taste OK.
