anyhoo, i am looking for motherboard suggestions to rebuild my rig. w00t.

Both support 8GB of DDR2 1066 RAM and Asus has always made solid products.

There are plenty of choices under $100. I shop Newegg.com. Great prices, great gear, and their service is excellent. I'm sure there are others here with similar views.

I'd just shop them and pick one with the features you want. We could argue all day about who's the best.
