I never bottle more than about 10 gallons of beer at a time. But wine? Oh, I've bottled 17-20 gallons at a time. Which is really stupid, now that I think about it.
Last bottling session we bottled about 10-12 cases. Most of it was Belgian and RIS that had been aging in Stainless after being oak aged. We also did 10 gallons of Mead.
