I saw that you could make labels for the bottles and use milk as glue, even saw it on here. I did my first batch in glass with labels and go to check on them today and the labels are moldy. Light and fluffy mold so it could be wiped off but still. Does anyone have an alternative way to easily attach them or to alleviate the mold issue?

Gelatin with boiling water. 2 grams per 25 ml of water. I can label over 96 bottles with a single packet of gelatin. Doesn't come off in cold water, but it comes off with a ten second dunk in boiling water

I've used office type rubber cement before, rubs off pretty easy.
Just apply a border around the edges of the back of your label, let it dry for a few seconds, slap it on the (dry) bottle.
