So I've got a bunch of different grains kicking around from past batches, just wondering if anyone with a little extra time would take a kick at a couple recipes using most of what's left......I have to order hops but have a couple packs of s-05 yeast. For grain:

19 pounds of 2 row
3.5 Pounds Pilsner
1.25 Belgian Special B
.75 Pounds Honey Malt
.75 Pounds Wheat
.50 Pounds Black Malt
.25 Pounds Chocolate Malt

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated, we drink any style! Thanks again!

Looking through the handy (and free) beer calculator at beertools.com, If you are willing to use a different yeast, it looks like you could make a fine Strong Scotch Ale. Search for "Scotsmans Blue Ribbon Scotch Ale" or "Anderson's Kilt Sniffer"

If you must stick with the safale - 05, just throw everything you've got in there and call it an American Strong Ale. Search for "Mix and Match American Strong Ale"
