Missed OG and yes I do care.

Long story short, ran beer grain software with 80% extract efficiency for a 1.077 OG. Boiled the wort and ended up with slightly more volume (maybe 1 qt or so for a 3.5 gal batch). Chilled wort and measured 1.082.

So a big thanks goes out to Denny for tips on upping batch efficiency from 75% to 80+%.
