Million dollar question - How many million barrels a year does humanity produce?

I calculated 200 million barrels a year of beer produced commercially world wide based from an american market.

What do you know, share your knowledge?

From my daily beer desk calendar: If all the beer consumed in the USA in one year were to be put into standard 12 oz cans, and those cans were stacked on top of each other, they would reach the moon - Twenty times!
If the stack was laid on it's side, the line of beer would stretch around the earth 185 times.

According to the second page I looked at, there were 1.96 billion hectoliters of beer brewed world wide in 2014.

So, 1,670,248,774 barrels "back then"...

I see that as 2011, 1.6 billion barrels. The hunt continues for 2015 #s.

I would expect the total worldwide home brewer output wouldn't even register as noise against 1.67 billions barrels...
