One of my favorite easy-drinking beers is Mill Street Organic. I'd like to try to brew something similar and am having trouble putting together a recipe that makes sense. I'm very surprised to see that chocolate malt is listed as an ingredient (ingredients below are from their website). I have been using BeerSmith2 on my phone to make a recipe. Does anyone have ideas for how much malt to use?

Hops Variety: US Nugget, German Tettnanger
Malt Variety: Pale, wheat, caramel, biscuit, chocolate, flaked wheat
Yeast: Belgian Abbey

ABV: 4.2 IBU: 11 European-style Lager

I think thats a misprint. Look at the yeast, its probably the recipe for a belgian ale.
