Just got my ryePA extract kit with specialty grains from Midwest. Really excited about it. Anyone brew it yet and have any advice? Particularly in regards to the rye malt. I have never used it before. I really want the rye flavor to shine through. Directions are the typical, soak the grains in 150 degree water for 30 minutes, then boil and add hops / extract as required. I think I'm going to dry hop with a oz or 2 of centinnial...
