Fellas,
Back in the Magic Kingdom and wanted to try a BEER ferment.
The idea is to take the local ZERO cans and then ferment them to HIGH alcohol level... then when its finished, put it in an Igloo cooler with frozen water bottles
and add in the NEW cans to give it some fizz. So I need to ferment to a higher level so I can dilute down...
I've tried just adding my usual sugar and lemon juice and tomato paste... just did not BUBBLE............
Thought maybe there was preservative in the cans of beer???
Any ideas / help EXPERTS????
