A few notes:

Voodoo GNVP has 3 versions:
Apple Brandy
Buffalo Trace b1
Buffalo Trace b2 (aged longer in the barrels)

BG DoubleMex does not have peppers in it, but it is a cinnamon bomb.

From the recent Westbrook release you are missing Red Wine Mexican Cake. There are numerous other versions as well, some quite rare.

For Goose Island you forgot Prop14.

Dire Wolf makes a number of variants on their Stout I believe.

Does it have to be bottled? Local to Austin (you can find in growlers seasonally, however):

Austin Beerworks - El Sputniko
Red Horn Brewing - Mexican Chocolate Suburban Ninja

Brewdog Dog A/B/C/D/E etc.

Contains naga chillies so comes with a bit of a kick when fresh. D and E were bourbon BA. Good beer although nobody ever talks about it.

*Latino

I love the Latino stouts. Ask anyone. They always say "Buckbo you are a great friend of the Latino stouts". Nobody has more respect for Latino stouts than me.

But seriously thanks everyone for adding To my list, guess I shouldn't have called it a "style" so much as an adjunct preference.
