I have the Blichmann 10 gallon brew kettle set. Is there enough space for water and grain to mash and sparge for a 10 gallon wort using these kettles?

You'd be a little limited in the gravity of the beers. A 15 gallon pot would probably give you more flexibilty for making high gravity 10 gallon batches.

There's a nice little chart on the blichmann website. According to that chart you can get 24lbs in a 10 gallon pot at a water to grist ratio of 1qt/lb. The pot would be 75% full so it would still be easy to stir the grain into the water.

1qt/lb is a pretty thick mash.
