mash tun manifold - CVPC

i just made this 5 gallon mash tun, copied straight from our local brewing supply
store's equipment.

i've already had feedback that it should be smaller so it doesn't get too close to the walls to prevent channeling.

It looks fine to me. I wouldn't worry about touching the sides.

Bobby we don't know if he is fly sparging or batch. I have head that if the manifold is to close to the sides with fly sparging there may be some channeling . I batch so I would use it

Batch sparge and you will be fine.
