Hey all here is my recipe for todays brew sesh: I need to know what would be the best mash/ sparge temps would be for it???
Brown Mild / Porter - 5 gallons
OG - 41
IBU - 20
SRM - 20
FG - 10
ABV - 4%
Marris Otter - 5.5#
Black Patent - .2#
Crystal 120 - 1.5#
Flaked Wheat - .25#
Challenger - .6 oz @ 60
Fuggles - .5 @ 5
Yeast - WLP002
