I am hoping someone here can help me find a wine making guide. A couple years ago I had found a guide on making wine from Norton grapes. I think it was from a Midwest agricultural org and it was a PDF file. I have plenty of books and guides on making wine but I'm interested in a guide on that specific varietal as it's somewhat tough grape to work with.
