So I want to make two brews in two days with two different yeasts. This will be my first time using liquid yeast. I have a 2l beaker and a stir starter. The one yeast I want to use is an expired Sandiego super yeast and the other is a white labs kolsch yeast. Can I make a starter plus some and put it in the fridge then start another and do the same? Or should I just do one and use dry yeast for the other to makey life easier.

The yeast/starter will keep fine in the fridge for a few days (and longer).
