Making the Coopers Lager ?

I'm going to make the Coopers Lager kit. I'm going to make the recommend 23 liters. I'm also going to keg the first 19 liters and bottle the rest. What is the best way to brew this lager? Do I use the Enhancer 1? I would also like it a little stronger since I'm putting in keg? What would you guys recommend?

If you want this beer stronger then don't top off to 23l, top off to 19 or 20 . Or you'll have to add a tad bit of light DME. I've never brewed this kit but these are the only ways I could think of.
