Making my Magic Chef mini fridge hole-y

I have a Magic Chef MCBR440 (I think it's an older model of the 445). From everything I've seen Magic Chef minifridges seem to only have cooling lines in the freezer shelf. Has anyone seen otherwise?

I'm hoping to drill two holes through the side of the fridge to run lines for a radiator into my ferm chamber, and don't want to nick any cooling lines. Thanks for anyones insight!
