So I'm trying to make a stout planing on adding flaked oats, american 2 row, flaked barley, roasted barley, a little chocolate malt, and some crystal 90 and possibly some lactose.any advice on this stuff? What about yeast looking between wyeats whitbread 1099 and irish ale too?

Once it has fermented I was planing on splitting the batch and racking half onto frozen blueberries and adding a lilblueberry exract as well. Looking for a blueberry sweet stout I suppose with lots of body.

Sorry if the recipe is vague but was at work and posted this quickly

thanks man. sounds good too. must come out good with munich as your base malt?

I have a clone for a local oatmeal stout that is excellent in my recipes at left. Pretty much what you have listed. Try it it's really really good.

It is very similar to your ideas just uses Burton ale yeast wlp023. I hope you like it
