Has anyone looked into these low 720 RPM muffin fans for yeast starters vs those 2,400 to 3,000 RPM fans that will throw the bar magnet?
My thinking why slow the speed down on a 3,000 RPM fan to 1/8 its
operating speed vs these 720 RPM units down to 1/2 their RPM's a wider
not so sensitive of speed control.
Less of a problem controlling 720 down to 200 vs lowering a high speed
fan besides less of a power drop in fan torque was my thinking.
