Looking for my first Alt Beer

I'm looking at doing my first Alt beer and so far here is what I have put together:

Perle Hops (I have 2 oz)
WLP036

HAHA! That is as far as I've gotten!

I already have the hops so I am looking at doing something with them and thought I'd try this style. Anyone have a good recipe and/or process for an Alt? I am just starting my research and am really leaning toward Munich as my base and a few specialty malts.

Thoughts on a good recipe?

Since you have perle hops, something like .8-1oz @ 60 and then .5oz @ 15

If you can't get spelt, just use wheat malt
