That thread will be later when I get knee deep into it and realize it is going to cost me way more than I expected. LOL.

One (more) thing to consider to save some money is the countertop.when I remodeled our kitchen SWMBO told me she did not went granite again. I shopped around and bought pool table slate. 1” thick makes a very nice countertop. With the right blades it cuts like butter and you can buy old tables at very low cost.
