My father and i just tried Asahi Super Dry beer and we would love to try making a dry beer like it, any ideas on how i could do that? THanks

Adjuncts, especially rice.

as fasttalker says, it uses a lot of rice. it's an extremely hard beer for a homebrewer to cook up, though, as we don't have all the eqpt a company has.
