A couple summers ago I had a friend who made a simple and quick alcoholic beverage where he fermented champagne yeast for a few days until he got about 5% alcohol, he then added his mixture to a large growler and added fruit (in this case strawberries and bananas) and put in the fridge for the night. The next day he had a nice bubbly fruity alcoholic beverage very similar to champagne or wine cooler.

I want to know how to make these and whether or not mango/guava/raspberry would be appropriate fruits to add to the finished product to flavor it. Possibly have to add extra sugar to the raspberry since there isn’t as much in it compared to the other two. Any and all recipes or suggestions greatly appreciated. Trying to get into my own brewing so I want to start out simple.
Thanks alot,
