I understand it is a Bock base, but I'm unsure where it goes from there. I'd like to start 5 gal to give as Christmas gifts. It's been 20 years since I was last stationed in Germany, and I'm afraid my memory only tells me how much I loved it, not exactly what it tasted like. Thanks for the help.
