Hey guys. Been a while since I've been on but it feels good to be back
I brewed a pale ale this past summer and kept it sitting in my primary fermenter in my garage.
Temperature rose and declined and I never cared to it. (Mostly in my thinking that it had gone bad it infection.
Finally cleaning out the garage today to actually build my home bar (which I'll post later)
I cracked it open and it has a mucky? Kroisen( I know it's misspelled). But the liquid looks dark and completely fine with no noticeable infection.
Wutcha guys think? Drinkable?
Cheers!

I had two beers that sat around for 9+ months I bottled at the end of last year. Both are great!

Take a hydrometer sample for SG and taste it. If it tastes good bottle it. May have lost some hop flavor after that length of time.
