Hi,

I'm planning brewing a brown ale with some nuts flavors comming from de malt and the yeast interaction. I want to put some long pepper in it to have of its nice aroma and spicy taste and add some black tea for a special aroma mix.

Anyone have already brew with one of them?

When did you added them?

And how much did you added?

I haven't used any of those but if you want a "nuttier" brown I would use some "Special B" malt.
