I've been reading up on older posts about conversion rates from LME to DME. I have a recipe that calls for 5.73lbs. of LME. I keep seeing the following:

1lb Grain = 0.75lbs LME = 0.6lbs DME

Keeping those ratios, I came up with 4.6lbs. of DME. Is that right?

The first part (1lb Grain = 0.75lbs LME) will vary with a person's system mash extraction efficiency; if you have a 75% efficiency, then it holds.
The second part, and what you're really concerned with, 0.75lbs LME = 0.6lbs DME is fine and you did the math right.
FYI, since 0.75/0.6 = 0.8, you can just run with 1 lb of LME = 0.8 lb DME

Hoppy Brewing!
