Last night, before going to bed I was doing research on a new recipe for a Wheat beer. I have my hops set up, but have been seeing different specialty grains tossed into recipes, so this is what I was specifically looking at.
I probably woke up 4-5 times during the night, constantly dreaming of the wrong grain being used in my recipe! I would be adding the grain into the mash and all of a sudden think NO! NO! THATS THE WRONG GRAIN!! RUINED! and then wake up and toss over.
Does anyone else get these brewing nightmares? Don't bottle it in, Share the pain!
