I have only used Wyeast Liquid yeast. I want to give the Dry yeast a try. I know the pros and cons of both types. I have done some research and find some people will use Dry yeast with certain styles (like Pale Ales, etc.) and Liquid yeast with other styles. What styles of beer would be OK using Dry Yeast?
