I fermented my first brew in the closet with the light on only to check the process. No question in my mind that there was no problem with too much light.
My second brew is in the fermenter in the bath tub with opaque light coming in through the frosted windows. I have a towel around the carboy but the neck of the carboy is exposed to the light coming in to the bathroom. Is this much light going to ruin my brew?
