Hi, I have some left over grains and I'm trying to put together an american stout. Please, let me know if this sounds good:

0.21 kg Roasted Barley (300.0 SRM) Grain 4 5.5 %
0.10 kg Black Prinz (500.0 SRM) Grain 5 2.6 %
