http://byo.com/hops/item/930-is-removing-hops-and-trub-from-your-fermenter-necessary

So to start out I've already done some poking around for info. This was one of the best explanations I found for my dilemma. Yesterday I was brewing up a Belgian ale. Second attempt to make this higher alcohol percentage. Using an all grain recipe and pellet hops. Ended up with just over 4 gals after the boil. I had used a worfloc tablet 10 minutes before termination. After cooling, worfloc was already clearing up the wort. As I transferred the wort to the carboy, I tried my hardest to keep the trub out. But with the worfloc doing it's thing seeing the separation was a lot more difficult. I ended up throwing it all in the carboy.

So my question is...how is it going to effect the brew and fermentation since I left the trub in?
